Covelo Group is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide targeted interventions and collaborate with educators in Pasadena, CA.

What You'll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans.
Provide training, workshops, and strategies for teachers and behavior techs to address students' individual behavioral needs.
Empower students to manage their behavior and enhance their learning experience.
Monitor and report on student's progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals

What You'll Need:
Master's degree in behavioral science or a related field.
Experience in special education is a plus but not required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
