ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Bellevue, NE. This role provides the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads, helping students improve their communication skills in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

Schedule: Full-time
Caseload: To be discussed in the interview
Job Duties:
Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
Develop and implement customized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student development
Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
Requirements:
Active Nebraska SLP license
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in a school setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
