Position: School-based Mental Health Clinician
Accountability: Reports to Mental Health Program Supervisor/Director
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Role: Provide direct mental health services to children and youth at assigned schools, including therapy and case management as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Duties:
Deliver culturally sensitive therapy to eligible clients. Maintain positive relationships with school staff. Manage a caseload of 16-20 cases and co-facilitate groups. Consult with parents on children's mental health. Qualifications:
MSW, MA, PhD or PsyD; licensed or registered. Excellent clinical skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team. Work Environment: Office/community setting with telecommuting options.
Travel: Local travel required.
