Qualifications:
Master s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Preference for parents/caregivers of children with SED. Non-profit and child-serving systems experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge:
Experience with children's mental and emotional development. Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and family-driven treatment plans. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Duties:
Integrate trauma-informed practices in education. Provide training and counseling interventions. Conduct assessments and facilitate support groups. Document sessions and ensure HIPAA compliance.
