Customer Service and Scheduling Associate - This is a full-time customer associate role.
Confirms client appointment for home installation and reviews contract with new customer. - Company is a small multi-million $ home supplier business with outside sales rep's who you will support with follow up calls to the customers answering questions and delivering and explaining their guarantee /warranty services and will follow up confirming their scheduled visit with the installer.

- Additional job duties: reviews client's material and supply list required for home site installation.
- Reports directly to production manager.
- Obtains and listens to full understanding customers needs, during phone conversation and assists with any questions resolving problems with project managers who are assigned to customer job sites.
- Reviews check list and follows scripted questions

Requirements - 1 year experience -Call center or customer service sales
- Strong communication -verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and effective listening skills
- Strong computer and data skills
- Displays excellent Professionalism
