Due to growth, it has created a need for a Scheduler/Planner that will be involved in creating and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient material flow, and coordinating with various departments to meet production goals and deadlines. The Scheduler/Planner position comes with a competitive base salary, full comprehensive benefits program, 401K retirement program, paid time off and holiday pay. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, production capacity, and resource availability.

• Manage material flow and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components by coordinating with purchasing and inventory management.

• Monitor production progress and track production performance, identify potential bottlenecks and issues, and take corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

• Communication and collaborate with other department to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.

• Identify areas for improvement in production planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Capacity planning to engage management during sales and operations planning and forecasting.

• Manage inventory while collaborating with purchasing to periodically compare current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials.

• Utilize ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferred, but not required. Business or supply chain education background is preferred, but not required.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, planning and inventory management. Food/beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Strong ability to multi-task with project management background is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to solve both business and technical issues in a timely manner

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships
