Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Scheduler in the medical industry, located in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks, including assisting with candidate prescreening, scheduling interviews, and handling high-volume phone communications. Responsibilities: - Assisting in the prescreening of potential candidates for various positions - Coordinating and scheduling interviews for potential candidates - Handling heavy phone communications with a positive and outgoing demeanor - Demonstrating excellent communication skills in all interactions - Stepping in to assist with any project as needed, showcasing adaptability - Using CRM and other relevant software for efficient execution of tasks - Conducting recruiting activities based on the requirements of the organization - Participating in recruiting events to attract potential candidates - Implementing recruiting efforts and processes for efficient hiring - Performing background checks and other recruiting functions as necessary. Requirements - Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for various tasks related to recruitment and scheduling - Demonstrable experience in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data - Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks ensuring compliance with regulations - Familiarity with Benefit Functions, including administration of employee benefits and related tasks - Comprehensive understanding of Hiring Processes from job posting to onboarding - Experience in Campus Recruiting, targeting and attracting fresh talent from educational institutions - Expertise in Corporate Recruiting, identifying and hiring professionals for various corporate roles - Proven experience in College Recruiting, attracting and hiring graduates for entry-level positions - Strong skills in Recruiting across various platforms and mediums - Proficiency in coordinating Recruiting Activities such as interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions - Ability to lead Recruiting Efforts, strategizing and implementing effective recruitment campaigns - Experience in organizing Recruiting Events like job fairs, open houses, and recruitment drives - Familiarity with various Recruiting Functions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection - Updated knowledge about the Recruiting industry, staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices - Experience in managing Recruiting Personnel, leading a team of recruiters and coordinators - Comprehensive understanding of Recruiting Processes, from job requisition to candidate placement.
