Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join their team. This individual should have experience on a range of small to mid-sized commercial projects. As a Scheduler, you will lead the scheduling efforts for critical projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution while managing risks, budgets, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead scheduling efforts for ground-up, vertical construction projects and renovations
- Manage the schedule, scope, and budget for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide expert advice on project scheduling, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, and risks.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections, managing add-services.
- Independently execute projects while mentoring and leading team members.
- Contribute to the firm's expanding portfolio in the critical environments sector.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling in building construction projects
- Well-versed in Primavera
- Strong understanding of the construction process and project management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
