About The Role

To provide scanning and indexing services for the Occupational Health service, ensuring confidentiality and quality checking is maintained

About You
  • Min 4 GCSE's with Maths and English minimum of C / 4 or equivalent
  • Proven experience of providing administrative support within a busy office environment
  • Experience, understanding and competent in the use of the Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Accuracy/thoroughness, attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and/or omissions
  • Proactive, organised, and sound analytical/problem solving skills
  • Flexibility in approach and thinking
  • Ability to handle confidential information discretely, professionally and appropriately in line with GDPR regulations
  • Remain calm and ability to work under pressure
  • Delivery focus and willingness to "go the extra mile".
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
