We are seeking candidates to work a minimum of 15 hours/ week with Thursday- Sunday morning availability and/or and Wednesday-Friday closing availability.

Compensation & Perks:

Experience You'll Gain:

Sales & customer service Experience in a spa or health/wellness Proficiency in MindBody Online and Axle CRM Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy Being a part of the innovative boutique health & fitness community

Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Triangle (4601 N Lamar Blvd , Austin, TX 78751)

Your Day Includes Tasks like

Warmly greet customers by name

Check guests in and give studio tours

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership

Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you.)

Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions

Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus.)

Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests

Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area

Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates

Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance
