About the Role
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant , you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders, and business users. You'll play a critical role in delivering strategic HCM solutions through SAP SF Compensation and other related modules, driving digital transformation and process optimization.
This role demands a strong mix of technical expertise and functional acumen in SAP SuccessFactors, especially within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Compensation and Time Off modules, across end-to-end implementation cycles.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SF solutions.
- Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP SF modules, ensuring alignment with client HR processes and business goals.
- Drive cross-functional integration with HCM systems and third-party tools.
- Provide post-implementation support and manage roll-outs for enhancements or additional module implementations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Contribute to presales efforts by preparing solution proposals, demos, and responding to RFPs.
- Mentor junior consultants and stay current with SAP product updates and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably within multinational environments.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module.
- Certified in at least one SAP SF module (e.g., Compensation, Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
- Strong techno-functional expertise with demonstrated experience working closely with client HR teams.
- Proven ability to perform Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Functional Design.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery, testing methodologies, and release management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning new SAP modules and delivering impactful solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP SF implementations for clients in Singapore or the broader APAC region.
- Exposure to presales, client demos, or solution architecture discussions.
- Versatility to work across implementation, support, and deployment landscapes.
