Role Description: - Role Based Permission / Security Expertise - Creating and modifying (would be the idealist of knowledge - usually lends itself to suite wide knowledge)
- Creating/Importing User Data in non-EC tenant
- Learning Management Experience (supporting admin side maintenance, Assignment Profiles, Connectors, Notifications)
- Performance & Compensation Management: launching new cycles
- Release Management (release item analysis, regression testing)
Nice to have: - Reporting Experience (Table, Story) - creating new reports, modifying existing
- Succession Planning, Calibration No value, not interested:
- Employee Central (EC) experience does not add value to our maintenance and support.
- The EC module is designed and functions different, and minimal transferable knowledge coming from EC support.
