SAP Successfactors Consultant

Role Description: ?Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions'Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes'Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach)?Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment'Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution?Finalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform cut over activities?Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of implementation projects'Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients?Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines?Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization?Update and maintain project tasks using relevant systems?Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM?Lead requirements gathering workshops?Complete and maintain workbooks?Attend Sprint planning, Retrospective and Reviews.
