Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation management processes, deep technical knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to salary planning, bonus planning, equity programs, and compensation cycles.
- Customize templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budget calculations, and compensation worksheets.
- Configure merit, bonus, stock, and variable pay processes within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Create and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user training materials.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and manage defect resolution.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-module teams (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management) to ensure smooth data flow and integrated processes.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors product releases and advise on new features and enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Must have completed at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.
- Strong understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay concepts (e.g., salary review, incentive plans, bonus eligibility).
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (preferred).
- Proficiency in creating Compensation Plan Templates, Business Rules, and Compensation Statements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage deliverables and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Employee Central integration points is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay module.
- Knowledge of BTP extensions, integration with third-party payroll providers.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
