Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation management processes, deep technical knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to salary planning, bonus planning, equity programs, and compensation cycles.
  • Customize templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budget calculations, and compensation worksheets.
  • Configure merit, bonus, stock, and variable pay processes within the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT support, and manage defect resolution.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-module teams (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Management) to ensure smooth data flow and integrated processes.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors product releases and advise on new features and enhancements.
  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
    • Must have completed at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.
    • Strong understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay concepts (e.g., salary review, incentive plans, bonus eligibility).
    • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (preferred).
    • Proficiency in creating Compensation Plan Templates, Business Rules, and Compensation Statements.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to independently manage deliverables and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Employee Central integration points is a plus.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay module.
    • Knowledge of BTP extensions, integration with third-party payroll providers.
    • Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
