We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Sr. Consultant to join our team and contribute to an important project with our valued client.

Job Purpose :
The consultant is responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Fieldglass modules, including:
- Worker Profile Management
- Service Procurement
- Contingent Workforce Management
Key Responsibilities
The consultant will work with the project team to independently carry out configuration, testing, and training related to the above modules. This includes but is not limited to:
- Understanding all areas of FG configurations and integrations concerning SAP Fieldglass modules.
- Supporting business functions and providing detailed IT technical expertise to maintain the application support environment and resolve issues.
- Identifying and assessing complex problems or business scenarios and providing viable solutions.
- Defining, documenting, and executing small-scale projects or sub-projects, participating in all project phases.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues that could impact project success.
- Participating in stakeholder meetings and assisting in presenting issues and solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensuring all work is documented and carried out according to standards, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting FG integration requirements with SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and SAP ECC.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience with SAP Fieldglass.
- Completion of at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementations.
- SAP Certified Application Associate, preferably at a professional level.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules (HR, FI, MM) and SuccessFactors.
