- Seeking an accomplished SAP Architect to lead architectural solutions and provide expert oversight for our SAP AMS (Application Management Services) and SAP Projects engagement.
- Prior Automotive industry experience desired.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide AMS support and project teams.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- 15+ years of SAP experience within AMS or similar support-focused environments.
- Proven expertise across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP,FICO), with a strong track record in solution design.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, AMS methodologies, and best practices for support and optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex client landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring SAP systems are optimized, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the architect team, business and technical teams to design and refine SAP environments, enhance system performance, and ensure the seamless delivery of support services.
- Lead the architecture of SAP solutions within the current landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Develop scalable and sustainable SAP solutions that accommodate evolving client needs, with a focus on continuous improvement and stability.
- Guide design and implementation of new SAP functionalities, integrations, and upgrades while minimizing disruption to production systems.
- Develop governance protocols for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring adherence to SLAs and efficient resolution of issues.
- Implement best practices for system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning to enhance SAP system health.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues, identifying long-term solutions and preventative measures.
- Analyze system usage and performance data to identify areas for enhancement and recommend optimization strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, providing recommendations for SAP improvements and future-proofing initiatives.
- Maintain detailed documentation for architectural designs, AMS processes, and system configurations to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards, including security, data integrity, and change management policies.
