Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned SAP Security Specialist with extensive hands-on experience. This individual will work on complex projects and service requests, collaborating effectively with various teams and project management. The chosen candidate will design, implement, and maintain robust security solutions across all enterprise applications, including SAP.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with SAP Technical, Functional, Support teams, and Business users to ensure a seamless security design. Promote knowledge sharing around Architecture, SAP Security, and implementation methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures across all SAP systems. Assist in SAP Security Audits and compliance requests.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of roles and any role changes in a structured manner throughout the system landscape.
- Provide expert insight and hands-on support for the adoption of new trends and best practices in SAP Security and Data Governance.
- Guide and mentor team members, enhancing their skills and performing peer reviews to uphold best practices and standards, while also reviewing documentation.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, including high-level architecture and design specifications.
- Develop test cases and fully support the execution of testing alongside evaluations of results.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in SAP Security.
Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in designing and supporting security for SAP systems including S4, Fiori, GRC, BW, Business Objects, and Solution Manager.
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting authorization issues in S4 and Fiori Launchpad.
- Knowledge of integrating Business Objects Security with BW Security, configuring user management, and developing relevant BW roles.
- Ability to develop and strengthen internal controls while suggesting optimizations to avoid SOD violations.
- Proficient in GRC tools for access controls and monitoring, addressing User Access Review and Access Risk Analysis issues.
- Familiarity with SAP Security integration across modules like MM, PP, SD, WM, QM, and FI/CO.
- Understanding of SAP License management and the classification of users.
- Experience with identity management tools, LDAP, and Active Directory is a plus.
- Knowledge of SNC, SAML, logon tickets, and certificate management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SailPoint preferred.
