The Global Services IT organization remains an integral part of the operations of Eli Lilly. The SAP Security Business Integrator will provide SAP security configuration overview and support for a variety of SAP systems. You will be responsible for developing, administering, and enforcing SAP security best practices for global SAP information systems to ensure the implemented application modules are functional and adhere to the security baseline. You will be responsible to deliver cybersecurity best practices and engage with the SAP Cybersecurity team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate in multiple new/ongoing projects to ensure security policy compliance and oversight, along with meeting timelines and deliverables
  • Participate in the Access Management and Access Review processes and gather requirements for end users and work with technical members in solution development.
  • Work with SAP Technology members in documenting and validating role assignment strategies.
  • Participate in role access strategy discussions because of projects, changes, fixes, and upgrade processes.
  • Ensure enforcement of segregation of duties through role development and assignment
  • Manage vendors in their activities in performing system-monitoring tasks.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for internal or external audit issues, access reviews, and new access developments.
  • Work on project security deliverables. Generate design documentation, SOPs and configuration rationale documentation.
  • Work with SAP Cybersecurity Team to manage reporting and readouts on SAP risk posture.
  • Work with SAP Cybersecurity Team to bridge information, surface issues and coordinate delivery with corporate Cyber team.
  • Work with SAP Security Architect on IR process, threat intel and risk prioritization.

What You Should Bring:

  • IT Security experience with platform SAP BTP
  • IT Security experience with SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with external suppliers to deliver a managed service
  • Proven project management and project oversight skills
  • Understanding of IT Incident, Release, Problem and Change Processes
  • Desire and ability to communicate using a variety of methods in diverse forums
  • Demonstrated ability to influence peers and leadership consistently and significantly
  • Desire and ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Desire and ability to operate at multiple levels (detail and strategic)
  • Demonstrated ability to triage issues, coordinate response or escalate as appropriate
  • General understanding of IT and analytics environments a plus

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field, plus a minimum of 4 years of SAP experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP BASIS, Security or functional roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years SAP Security experience with S/4HANA & Fiori
  • Minimum 1+ year using Service Now or similar product
  • 2+ years of creating or maintaining detailed technical and functional specifications, user manuals, and project documentation.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$63,750 - $145,200

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
