Introduction
Seeking a seasoned SAP Security Analyst to support a project with an immediate start. This role requires strong expertise in Workday and SAP security frameworks, ensuring the protection of enterprise data and alignment with regulatory standards. The position operates under a contingent engagement and adheres to specific on-site and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Workday security roles, domain policies, and business process configurations.
  • Ensure secure integration between Workday and other applications, including GRC tools.
  • Manage access permissions and uphold proper authorization practices across systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to detect vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve security incidents, identifying root causes and preventive actions.
  • Align security measures with business needs through collaboration with IT, HR, and other units.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for security policies and procedures.
  • Educate users on security best practices and policy adherence.
  • Stay informed about system updates, industry standards, and emerging threats.
  • Support SAP security operations, particularly within Finance, MM, and ISU billing modules.
  • Participate in compliance efforts related to SOC 2, GDPR, and other applicable standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Workday Security implementation and administration.
  • Proven knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC), Workday risk management, and GRC integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred), Active Directory, GRC AC 10.1+, Microsoft Azure, and SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to resolve complex security and compliance challenges with analytical precision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Additional Information
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7.5-hour days with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch.
  • Compensation: Paid hourly; no paid holidays, vacation, or sick days.
  • Onboarding Requirements:
    • Must be local to the Tri-State area.
    • Must work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week; remote access requires personal equipment.
  • Interview Process: Typically via MS Teams.
