Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Candidate should have strong experience in SAP Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management.
• Hands on experience in Outbound shipping, Warehouse Management, Inventory management, etc
• Cross functional experience working on logistic integration with Sales and Distribution, Finance
• Worked on at least 2- 3 end to end SAP implementations
• bility to map the user requirements
• bility to understand SAP manufacturing execution process
• Good knowledge in SAP PP, WM and QM integration
• Good knowledge in SAP and other 3rd party system integration
Experience Required
• minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in SAP including a minimum of five years as a functional consultant implementing SAP SD/WM Solutions
• SCM customizing and master data knowledge of product allocation, aATP rules and back-order processing rules
• customizing and maintenance- sales order to payment process, Pricing procedure, sales deals, outbound and return delivery
• invoice process and debit/ credit memo request process
• return orders management
Work and act as Functional SAP consultant within Logistics Execution and/or Warehousing.
• SAP S4 Service or SAP Customer service (CS) module experience is a plus
• utomotive experience is a plus
• Experience with S/4HANA cloud platform implementation is a plus.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end users.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint and Visio
• Be able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements.
• Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and functionality.
• Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion.
• demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• SAP certification(s) is a plus.
• Experience integrating SAP systems with external systems is required.
• Knowledge of GXP Processes is required.
• bility to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.
• Experience in testing using qTest, Jira
• Desired
• Hands-on experience in Solution manager is preferred.
• SAP APO GTP experience is preferred.
• SOX environment experience
• Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
• SAP Authorizations
Experience with programming for application development
Roles & Responsibilities
• nalyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects)
• Maintain and support the specific SAP solutions towards the Pharmaceutical affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support)
• Document user requirements (URS)
• Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's
• Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario's, etc.) according to internal procedures
Generic Managerial Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Lead the onsite and offshore team
