Our Helicopter client is seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Analyst (Part-Time, Temporary Contract) to join their Business Systems and Forecasting team in Grand Prairie, TX.

Job Description

In this role, you will support the North American Customer Support Team by providing technical assistance, configuration, and process improvement in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module of SAP. You will also contribute to broader systems and process enhancements that align with Airbus' business and digital strategy.

SAP SD Support, Configuration & Optimization (60%)
  • Provide day-to-day support to SAP SD users, including issue resolution and troubleshooting
  • Configure SAP SD settings to meet business requirements
  • Support SAP SD module implementations and enhancements
  • Collaborate with developers and functional teams to analyze, test, and deploy system improvements
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and propose UAT scenarios
  • Maintain detailed user documentation and process workflows
Cross-Functional Process & Communication Support (40%)
  • Partner with internal teams to identify business challenges and deliver process-driven SAP solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share updates, feedback, and best practices
  • Assist in SAP-related data collection, analysis, and reporting for management
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, digitally filed, and aligned with compliance requirements
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by recommending system and process upgrades
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP SD experience, including configuration, implementation, and support
  • Experience using SAP in Sales & Distribution, and familiarity with MM or PP modules
  • Previous experience applying technology to solve business problems
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes in sales, distribution, logistics, and order management
  • Experience with formal testing methodologies and tools (unit, integration, regression)
  • Strong documentation and user training skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with ticketing/project tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • U.S. Person as defined under ITAR (U.S. citizen, green card holder, or otherwise authorized)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in the aerospace industry
  • SAP certifications in SD, MM, or PP
  • Working knowledge of ABAP debugging
  • Familiarity with Airbus IM standards and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Onsite presence: 90%
  • Travel: Up to 5% (domestic and international)
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and use office and technical equipment regularly
  • Required to wear PPE including safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection when application

This is a temporary part-time contract position through the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension

You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Employment will be through a third-party vendor ( Segula Technologies), with placement at our client's Helicopters facility.
