Summary:

• Strong Supply Chain Architect - across SAP - MM, SAP - SD, SAP IM / EWM, SAP LE, etc. this resource needs to own the end to end solution and manage the teams across these work streams. This is not an administrative or managerial Role, but a Key Supply Chain Solution Architect Role.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift.
• The Business Manager will play a crucial role in driving business strategies, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee supply chain processes and ensure efficient collaboration using Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular reviews of supply chain processes to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage and optimize resources to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of new technologies and systems to improve supply chain processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and other relevant tools.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Have 6 to 8 years of experience in a business management role with a focus on supply chain collaboration.
• Demonstrate expertise in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong organizational and time management skills.
• Be proficient in using relevant software and tools.

Certifications Required :
