Key Responsibilities: One of our premier clients is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager. The SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager will be responsible for

• Support the Value Stream/project/scrum team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in Jira and Solman for Value Stream/project/scrum/kanban team specific content. Strive to keep your Value Stream/project/scrum team off the various data cleanup dashboards - make it part of the team's sprint cadence

• Drive ownership within the Value Stream/project/scrum/kanban team of assigned Jira Stories, Subtasks and RAID items

• Support continuous team alignment with the Medical SAP Program drive for adherence to the Global Template, SAP best practices and the minimization of customization needs

• Support, drive and facilitate methods to resolve conflict within and between teams and members.

• Responsible for executing project management practices (e.g., RAID management, resource management, etc.) in support of the Value Stream/project/scrum/kanban team as well as the Medical SAP Program Management team for Waves and Releases. Drive expeditious resolution of RAID items

• Support and organize the Value Stream/project/scrum/kanban team to deliver effectively and efficiently. Strive to determine, over time, the Value Stream/project/scrum/kanban team's most effective way of working within the overall program's delivery structure

• Drive the Value Stream/project/scrum team to align with Medical SAP Program Management phased delivery approach (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) while maintaining your team's delivery effectiveness. Priority is delivery effectiveness with progress visibility

• Drive a cadence of continuous improvement within the Value Stream/project/scrum team

• Support continuous improvement ideas and efforts across the Medical SAP Program

• Support and drive team's diligent and timely reporting of time supporting the Medical SAP Program in Planview

• Guide, coach and mentor the Value Stream/scrum team in Agile practices, events and cadences to cultivate and enable the gradual transition to Agile. Strive to build/strengthen/invoke the Value Stream/scrum team's Agile mindset and execution in support of the team's delivery approach within the overall program's guidance and direction

• Facilitate Agile events for the Value Stream/scrum team, including: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement - In SAP implementation this is more to ensure Jira data integrity than true refinement in Agile terms, Program Increment Planning

• Lead efforts to remove blockers/impediments to the team's ability to deliver

• Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep during sprint planning and throughout sprint execution

• Strive to develop or improve upon Agile skills in the following areas: Fostering Communication - within and between Value, Stream/project/scrum teams

• Preventing outside Distraction - identify and remove outside efforts, teams, etc. drawing on the Value Team's capacity to deliver on their commitments, Team Support - be the servant leader to the Value Stream team to support the team's ability to team efficiently, effectively and consistently
QUALIFICATIONS

• 8-10 years minimum IT project management experience

• Experience managing 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Medical device industry experience a plus

• Must have SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Make module and functional expertise

• Agile and Hybrid Agile project management experience required

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology

• Familiar with project management tools such as Solman, Jira / Confluence, Kanban
