Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the full SAP S/4HANA upgrade and AWS migration program, focusing on over 170 technical integrations.

• Coordinate with approximately 65 vendors to manage, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues effectively.

• Lead day-to-day meetings to track integration progress and ensure key project milestones and timelines are met.

• Manage a large cross-functional team of 100-150 members, including architects, ABAP developers, managers, and AWS technical experts.

• Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across workstreams.

• Own project tracking using tools like Microsoft Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Teams.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget ($2M-$5M range), while navigating a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 7-10 years of direct experience with SAP projects, ideally with hands-on SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration exposure.

• Proficiency with AWS services, particularly in relation to SAP hosting and cloud infrastructure.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills-especially in managing large technical teams and multiple moving parts.

• Experience with project budgets between $2M-$5M and large matrixed environments (SAP, Oracle, Workday preferred).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:

• PMP certification.

• Experience using JIRA for tracking and project management.

• Previous experience in cloud cybersecurity integration projects.
Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• PMP certification (preferred but not required).
