Job Title: SAP S4 HANA Business Systems Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 5 months

Contract Type: W2 only

Pay Rate: $70.43/Hour


Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional support across our Treasury organization, including timely defect resolution, enhancement or automation requests, new feature releases, testing, and training opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a mapping of business processes and related systems controls (security) across the various systems.
  • Partner with Treasury to transform business objectives and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze technical and functional integrations; understand connectivity types and effectively partner internally to ensure compliance across all Treasury connected services.
  • Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Lead and manage Treasury-related projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of finance systems experience, specifically: Technical and functional knowledge of SAP S4HANA FSCM Credit Management, Dispute Management, Credit exposure, Treasury and Risk Management (Exposure Management, Hedge Management, Hedge Accounting, Reporting), Cash management, GL, A/R (Billing, and Payments)
  • Understanding of SAP database tables and SAP security roles.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems, CRM (D365, SFDC), ticketing systems (Service Now).
  • Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and foreign exchange).
  • Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
