Perform deep dives of current technical initiatives, coordinate recommendations for new tools and how they integrate and align with new processes, provide new tools characteristics that will influence new process, coordinate activities with Process SMEs.
Provide list of tools existing in market that can replace current, their integration, cost and alignment to future process.
SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM)- SAP Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS)- Replicon- Profinda- Twenty-Five- Workforce Management with integration into SAP
