SAP Program Manager Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day 1) Fulltime Position Job Description: - Candidate must have minimum 4 years of Program Management experience with a strong SAP functional Background.
- Lead Large Complex engagements / Multiple Projects
- Oversee all aspects of the Project, Stakeholders, Deliverables, scope, risk, and resources.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies between different workstreams
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate Project risks.
- Drive the team on all critical incidents and manage various stakeholders towards solutions / Fixes.
- Track Project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Be an active owner in driving the Governance.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
