Must have -


• At least 10 years in SAP ECC PP


• At least 2 Implementation in S/4HANA PP

Good to have - exposure to SAP MII, MES.

Experience


• At least one SAP S/4HANA PP (1610/1709) implementations.


• Hands on experience in designing and implementation of complex and heterogeneous landscape (SAP and non-SAP)


• Must have worked in Discrete, repetitive, MTO,MTS manufacturing, 3 projects end to end minimum.


• Experience of Integration with PLM system, QM system and MES system SAP/non SAP.


• Expert in Manufacturing BOM, Routings, Work center, Planning Calendar


• Expert in Business and configuration in Demand Management, MRP, Long term Planning, Capacity Planning


• Proven experience in KANBAN , JIT and configuration of supply to line, Production Order and Planned Order.


• Experience in QM, Plant maintenance, Costing, Backflush issue Resolution.


• Good to know KPI in manufacturing.


• Desirable to have exposure of PPDS.


• Experience conducting workshops with stakeholders and showcase capabilities of S/4HANA PP.


• Extensive experience in testing and validation of End to End scenario. Clearly understand what can break and defining and executing test strategy.

Responsibilities: Looking for a Production Planning Consultant who would support developing practice in SAP S/4HANA PP. There are several large, multi-national enterprises with a heterogeneous landscape looking for an ideal solution where they want to Migrate to S4HANA from multiple Legacy systems. We are looking for someone who would help our clients (Automotive, IMC ) providing a clear roadmap for end to end solution, do Business Blueprinting, work on the benefits calculation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred. SAP PP Certified preferred. HANA Certified preferred
