  • Collaborate with internal departments in terms of analysis, consulting, realization and testing of new solutions in SAP MM, WM Module.
  • Carry out detailed analysis on customer reported incidents and propose solutions requiring the development of new or improved business procedures with subsequent documentation.
  • Experience working on vendor consignment process, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Source list, Quota arrangement, Subcontracting, consignment procurement, Physical inventory, Inventory Management, Putaway , Picking and Packing, Inventory Management and Cycle counting, Storage Unit Solutioning, Handling unit solutions, Warehouse Labeling Solutions, Kanban Solutions, Configurations such as Automatic account determinations, Master data, Plants creation
  • Configure partner profile for any on boarded suppliers and set up EDI connections for seamless integration for purchase order, schedule agreement dispatch and Shipment notifications (ASN)
  • Setup and support on schedule agreements with releases documentation, automatic generation of schedules lines by MRP from production planning
  • uthorize and monitor all techno-functional documentations for customized processes.
  • Support customer for WM processes and transactions like transfer requirements, transfer orders, new warehouse, stock put away, stock removal strategies, label printing
  • Should have hands on in Abap , debugging and propose solutions and bug fix
  • Setup new output messages (print, EDI, email) for scheduling agreements and standard purchase orders
  • Setup release strategies for purchase requisition and purchase orders
  • Lead application enhancement initiatives, oversee entire lifecycle from estimation to deployment
  • Configure new plant, storage locations and warehouses
  • Develop function specification and coordinated with ABAP team for integration of SAP MM/WM module with third party lift storage system named ICAM

  • Responsibility for monitoring data synchronization & optimization between two systems by using IDoc and XML tools.
  • ctive support role to adjacent SAP Module like SD and FICO
  • Facilitate business consulting, business process design, systems integration, application design.
  • Proactively provided timely resolution of reported incidents and service requests in purchasing inventory and Logistics invoice verification.
  • Independently handle the entire procure to payment (P2P) cycle process, logistics execution process.
  • Recommend SAP Best practices, mapped with business requirements and Documented business process, test case executions.
  • Set up S/4HANA flexible workflows for purchase orders and releasing invoice supplier invoices.
  • Diligently set up formula-based units of measures for service procurement, including screen changes in purchase requisition, RFQ, outline agreements, purchase order and service entry.
  • Mass upload of data from legacy systems to migrated systems
  • coordinate with the SAP development team to assess alignment of enhancements and proposed solutions with business requirements
  • Configure enterprise profiles by resolving user access issues
  • Train the production support team on resolution of new issues and implementation of procedures
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures, Quick Reference Guide documentations
  • Conduct Organization Capability sessions with users to prepare them as Power users
