We have an excellent opportunity for a SAP (MM/PP) Analyst II or Senior to join our team in Niles, IL. While based in the Chicago area this position will be dedicated to providing plant support to our two locations in Juarez, Mexico. In your role as IT Analyst, you will primarily support SAP Production Planning (PP) & Materials Management (MM), by supporting our manufacturing plants and serving as the primary liaison with business stakeholders. This hands-on role involves day-to-day application support (Level 1 and 2), SAP configuration and collaborating on global SAP projects to implement new capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and train all SAP PP and MM processes for the Juarez plants.
Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP MM, SAP PP, and other related modules.
Work with global SAP teams to ensure cohesive system solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert SAP functional advice, and present solution designs.
Continuously review and propose enhancements to SAP technologies and processes.
Support data governance processes and adhere to established security and data standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Fluent in Spanish is a nice to have.
Expertise in SAP PP and SAP MM with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience.
Knowledge of SAP LE, SAP WM, and integration points across relevant modules (QM, FICO, WM, SD) is a plus. We are also willing to training this IT analyst on these modules.
Proficiency in SAP technical tools and functionalities (LSMW, IDOCs), with SAP S/4HANA experience as a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to travel 25% and adapt to flexible work hours if needed.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The base salary range for this position is between 88,400 - 177,600. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for this opportunity across two levels - level II and Sr Analyst. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
