SAP Merchandising Business Analyst

Job Description

A client in the Brentwood, TN area is looking for an SAP Merchandising Business Analyst to work on a 6month contract with possible extensions. S/he will play a crucial role in the data cleanup and conversion process to S4. Day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with the Master Data team and business users to ensure the data provided by the company is clean and organized. You will coordinate and review the data with IT, the Master Data team, and the business, presenting your findings and convincing them of the necessary resolutions. Your role will require administrative skills and a solid understanding of SAP, particularly in IT Retail SAP Merchandising. You will need to know how archiving works within SAP and be familiar with purchase orders, stock transfer orders, delivery orders, and pricing information. Additionally, experience with JIRA, Planview Project Place, and SharePoint will be beneficial. You will lead the efforts of data cleanup, organize and coordinate data, communicate with business teams and IT partners, and develop a plan of action for data resolution. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, good documentation practices, and a methodical and organized approach are essential for success in this hybrid on-site role.

Skills and Requirements

o 4+ years as an SAP admin and/ or BA

o IT Retail SAP specifically within Merchandising

o Archiving exp. within SAP specifically within but not limited to; pricing, PO, delivery, etc. o Jira

o Knowledge / conversion to S4 and bring to table for that null
