SAP Payroll Lead Functional Consultant

Location: Burbank, CA

6 -12 Months+

Please Note: Candidate should have good communication skills and should have experience working with client directly.

1. Expertise in US payroll and taxes

1. BSI tax factory configuration and maintenance. Tax update bulletin application and testing

1. Garnishment configuration

1. Benefits configuration and integration with payroll

1. Posting payroll to finance

1. Deep knowledge in payroll schemas and Rules

1. Knowledge in direct deposit and check configurations

1. HR service packs implementation and testing

1. Wage type set up. Including payment models and taxability set ups

1. At least to end to end full lifecycle US Payroll implementations

1. Experience with integrating and interfacing third-party vendors with SAP

1. Experience in production support activities root cause analysis and resolution for issues related to configuration, Development, data and process

1. Experience implementing and supporting positive and negative time management

1. Time management/Time Evaluation including schema updates

1. Yearend testing and Legal notes application and testing

1. Configuration and testing of the Remuneration statement

1. Media and Entertainment experience
