Position: SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Duration: 12+ months Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly in Auburn Hills, MI / Chattanooga, TN / Herndon, VA) Overview:Seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant with expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll), ABAP, and SuccessFactors integration/migration. Requirements: 5+ years in SAP HCM and ABAP programming. Proficiency in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Experience in SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration and BIB integration. Strong skills in testing, data management, and data transformation. SuccessFactors Employee Central setup. SAP Certification; SAP S/4HANA knowledge a plus. 4o
