Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. FICO S/4 Hana Functional Architect with extensive experience in S/4 HANA FI-SD Integration, Accounts Receivables, Profitability Analysis, Cost Center Accounting, SAP Controlling Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Automatic Payments and New GL. This is a work from office position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the configuration and optimization of S/4 HANA Accounts Receivables to improve cash flow management.
- Guide in S/4 HANA Profitability Analysis to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
- Lead the design and implementation of S/4 HANA FI-SD Integration solutions to ensure seamless financial and sales processes.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of S/4 HANA Cost Center Accounting to ensure accurate cost tracking and allocation.
- Implement S/4 HANA SAP Controlling solutions to support effective cost management and control.
- Configure S/4 HANA Profit Center Accounting to enable detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain S/4 HANA Product Costing solutions to ensure accurate product cost calculations.
- Coordinate the automation of payment processes using S/4 HANA Automatic Payments to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the proper setup and utilization of S/4 HANA New GL for comprehensive financial management.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate Order to Cash Accounts Receivable processes with S/4 HANA.
- Provide guidance on Order to Cash Order Management to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 14+ years of SAP FICO configuration experience
- Experience in FICO modules including General ledger, Accounts receivables, Cash management, Project Systems, Asset Management, Vertex and integration with SD
- Candidate will have experience in designing custom solutions for all RICEFW objects
- Experience in working with complex interfaces both transactional and Master data is a must
- Experience working in S4 Hana environment is a must
- Experience working in Onshore/Offshore Model
- Must have extensive experience in S/4 HANA FI-SD Integration Accounts Receivables Profitability Analysis Cost Center Accounting SAP Controlling Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Automatic Payments and New GL.
- Should have domain experience in Order to Cash Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Order Management.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge in ARO module a plus
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
