Job Title : SAP Consultant- SAP Extended Warehouse Management
Location : Raritan , NJ (Hybrid)
Type : Full Time

Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills

• 10-12 years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in logistics and warehouse management. The last couple of years must be with SAP S/4.

• t least 1 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation project experience, from blueprinting to go-live.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities such as warehouse structure, process types, handling units, stock removal and placement strategies, wave management, labor management, yard management, etc.

• Proficient in SAP EWM-Material Flow System (MFS) and EWM integration with external systems.

• Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM.

• Hands-on experience with RF technology, barcode systems, and automation solutions related to warehouse operations.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

• SAP EWM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

• bility to lead workshops, conduct training, and provide post-go-live support.

• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies in project management.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Experience Required

• minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.

• Inbound processes and configuration (goods receipt & putaway strategies )

• Outbound processes and configuration (stock removal strategies , goods issue: integration with production planning , value added services, kitting , picking and shipment )

• Internal processes and configuration (internal movements, physical inventory, etc.)

• Professional with a proven track record in managing ticket-based systems and ensuring SLA compliance,

• Batch Management , Cross - Docking Topics, Radio Frequency Framework

• Integration with other solutions, SAP and non-SAP

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint and Visio

• Be able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements.

• Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.

• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and functionality.

• Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion.

• demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requi rements.

• SAP certification(s) is a plus.

• Experience integrating SAP systems with external systems is required.

• Knowledge of GXP Processes is required.

• bility to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

• Experience in testing using qTest, Jira

•Roles & Responsibilities

• nalyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects)

• Maintain and support the specific SAP solutions towards the Pharmaceutical affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support)

• Document user requirements (URS)

• Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's

• Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario's, etc.) according to internal procedures

Generic Managerial Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead the onsite and offshore team
