1. Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements and rollouts, offering proactive advice to functional consultants and business partners.
2. Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications for ABAP programming work and all module interfaces, translating requirements into system design and managing version control.
3. Code application components.
4. Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, flexible, and conform to templates with good performance.
5. Develop code in compliance with SAP best practices.
6. Manage multiple small coding projects concurrently.
7. Drive resolution and be responsible for assigned tasks and deliverables.
8. Ensure on-time delivery of developments and seek support proactively when needed.
9. Document, prepare, and execute unit test plans; support project test cycles.
10. Perform quality reviews of documentation, code, and test plans.
11. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks logically.
12. Guide and manage external ABAP developers if applicable.
13. Provide periodic updates on progress and development status.

1. Minimum 3 years hands-on coding experience with excellent skills in:
   • SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP OO, Data Dictionary, IDOC, BADIs/BAPIs, ABAP Object programming, SAP User exits/enhancements.
   • Fiori, SAPUI5 preferred.
2. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in ABAP.
3. Knowledge of SAP Gateway configuration and development.
4. Experience with forms development using Adobe PDF and Smartforms preferred.
5. Experience working on highly customized SAP systems.
6. Knowledge of SAP SD, LE, and WM modules is a plus.
7. Ability to understand business processes quickly and develop effective technical solutions.
8. Strong knowledge of QA best practices and methodologies.
9. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to travel within Europe as required.
11. Proficiency in English.
