Client Delivery Manager
- This is a hybrid role with requirement to work from office for at least 3 days a week. The office is based out of Wilmington, DE are we are looking for candidates who reside within drivable distance of Wilmington, DE or ready to relocate immediately
- Bachelor's degree with at least 20 years of experience managing team size larger than 150 associates.
- SAP Experience for at least 15 years. Should be able to manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services in leadership role. ITIL and SAP certifications a plus.
- Managing non SAP applications and integrations a definite plus.
- Ensuring that operational service levels are met and that delivery is high quality. Ability to drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Managing escalations from key business and IT stakeholders. Good capabilities in driving KPI's, analyzing ticket trends and reporting
- Driving progress for complex problems in urgent situations. Managing operational support forums with key user groups and application teams
- Ability to work under pressure. Good communication and Change Management skills.
- Good understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions with SAP as the core system of records
- Excellent ability to manage transitions and drive stability
- Hands on capability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
- Should be able to scale up and manage a P&L of $15Mn+. Act as the Customer Single Point of Contact for all services topics.
