Vegah LLC is inviting passionate SAP Basis trained experts to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a SAP Basis Intern with a strong coding background in Java who is eager to break into the industry-even if you have minimal experience but have been trained or need a platform to grow. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals ready to work on cutting-edge technologies, cloud deployments, virtualization, and network configurations. You'll gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), GPU and processing unit configurations, AI/ML integrations, virtualization technologies such as VMware and vSphere, and advanced OS/DB and networking setups essential for SAP installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP software on virtual machines.
- Manage virtual environments using VMware and vSphere.
- Configure and optimize operating systems and databases to support SAP installations.
- Implement and manage network configurations, including firewall settings, to ensure secure and efficient SAP operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP Basis functions and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enhance Java-based solutions to support SAP operations.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Utilize your knowledge of GPUs and processing units to optimize system performance.
- Participate in AI/ML projects, contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise.
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a go-getter attitude.
- Potential for conversion to a full-time, paid internship after a successful 1-2 month unpaid probation period.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Java with demonstrable coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking essentials critical for SAP installations.
- Basic understanding of SAP Basis functionalities, including software installation on VMs.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and vSphere.
- Understanding of GPU configurations and other processing units.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
