Receiving tickets/issues from business in AMS project Analyzing the ticket .
Responsible for resolving the issue in time with in SLA.
Testing and transporting changes to production environment Understanding of SLA's , incident management process and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Very good communication skills
Work on call after office hours and during weekends on rotation basis ABAP Debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants
