QualificationsTasks and Work Activities - Maintain and support computer networks, hardware, systems software, applications, and configurations.
- Assist users and IT Team with BEAS troubleshooting and training.
- Thorough understanding of SAP B1 and its functionality to the extent of understanding how business processes affect timing and accuracy of data for reporting.
- Develop or modify BI reports, data extracts or system interfaces. Thorough understanding of how to validate data presented in these deliverables.
- Develop or modify Microsoft Power BI reports.
- Support Programmer/Analysts with data element analysis and data used in API's or batch interfaces.
- Work as a liaison between the programmer/analysts and the end user departments to define business solutions and requirements, identify the pertinent data elements, develop process flows, specifications, test plans, and coordinate the implementation of the solution.
- Troubleshoot technical or data issues with SAP B1 reports.
- Participate and/or lead technical projects using formal project management methodologies.
- Maintain currency with technological changes/advancements related to discipline and recommend ways to take advantage of them.
- Effectively communicate with all departments as well as the IT Department and vendors.
Requirements, Tools, and Education - This position reports directly to the Information Technology Manager.
- This position is considered regular, full-time, and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience considered.

- Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing.
- MUST have working experience with SAP B1 with Boyum BEAS specializing in inventory management for manufacturing, shop floor control with time reporting and supply chain management. This includes a strong understanding of functionalities that help optimize stock control, from materials planning to product traceability.
- BEAS Script and S/4 HANA is a PLUS.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP B1 with a strong understanding of BEAS.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficiency in English language structure, composition, and grammar.
- Effective communication skills: speaking, active listening, reading comprehension, written, oral expression, and oral comprehension.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around personal workspace.
