SAP Analyst

SAP Analyst (Multiple Openings).Analyze and comprehend business processes and needs, translate into technical SAP system specifications. Develop, test and deploy SAP Solutions to fulfill business requirements. Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand department(s) needs to design, optimize, and document business processes, and function as a liaison between multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with business leaders, Engineering, IT, facility operations and 3rd party vendors to design, develop, and implement new and enhanced processes. Work with process engineers to design data collection processes that ensure confident data out of manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping. Work on configuration of enterprise structure by defining plants, purchase organizations, warehouses, storage sections, storage bins, and providing detailed analysis to facility optimization and capacity planning. Design warehouse layouts (Warehouse Mapping) and storage solutions that align with facility operation requirements.Validate the functional specification/ system configuration based on the mapping document and create test scripts for Super Users.Troubleshoot and Solve SAP system issues, including determining fundamental causes, recommending solutions, and implementing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams that include business analysts, developers, project managers, and end users to ensure that SAP systems are implemented and maintained. Provide SAP Systems training and support to end users, including documentation preparation and the delivery of training sessions.Assist with project planning and management operations such as estimating efforts, delivering progress reports, and managing risks and difficulties. Ensure that SAP-related rules, processes, and laws, including as security, data protection, and audit requirements, are followed.Collaborate with continuous improvement programs like as process optimization, automation, and standardization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP Systems. Minimum of Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, and Engineering ore related fields required. Foreign Equivalent Degree acceptable. No previous work experience required. Work location is Farmington Hills, Michigan. Some business travel approximately two times per year for client visits in U.S. and / or relocation to unanticipated locations in USA is Required.
