As an SAP Administrator, you will play a critical role in H Mart's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, optimize SAP modules, and provide technical expertise to support our company's growth and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, and other relevant module
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required, ensuring system stability and security
  • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP
  • Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices
  • Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications
  • Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems and data
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) related to SAP usage
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning activities
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or a related field. Master's degree or SAP certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 1-2 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
  • Proficiency in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or others relevant to the organization
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in SAP security and compliance best practices
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Business proficiency in English and Korean
