As a Sanitation Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our store. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent maintenance service throughout the store.
- Complete daily and weekly maintenance tasks diligently.
- Assist all teams with cleaning projects and tasks.
- Perform minor repairs and improvements as needed.
- Participate in ordering essential supplies for store maintenance.
- Assist with cleaning emergencies and maintain store landscaping and parking lot.
- Continuously clean all store departments to keep our environment inviting.
- Arrive on time, properly groomed, and ready to work; adhere to all scheduled shifts and trainings.
- Immediately report safety hazards and workplace violations.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour work shift.

- Engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
