Job Description Responsible for the development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of application utilized within the organization as well as code development, running stored procedures and scripts, report creation, database sampling, and other various tasks in T-SQL or associated programs utilizing knowledge of T-SQL code.

To work , we operate with a hybrid working model. For those near a hub location, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.
  • Use knowledge of SQL and T-SQL to apply updates, extract data, and processing projects, including building SSIS packages and stored procedures to optimize processing time.
  • Assist with processing of regulatory or client databases.
  • Set-up and execute SSRS for reports as needed in SQL Reporting Services
  • Maintains excellent knowledge of SPH's applications and development/production platforms, including but not limited to database technologies.
  • Complete projects on time exceeding quality standards.
  • Provide assistance to Senior team members in troubleshooting and testing of sampling or automation of various tasks.
  • Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of best practices to team members.
  • Maintains and cultivates strong relationships with SPH employees.
  • Displays a professional attitude to all internal and external personnel. Continues to provide exceptional communication to all parties responding accordingly and timely to requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience working with SQL (can include internship experience).
  • Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written).
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, achievement oriented, and ethical.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude. Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Experience in technical systems support role.
  • Knowledge on Healthcare industry.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, or Engineering.
  • Additional technology certifications preferred.

The expected base salary for this position is $55,000.00 (annually). It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
