Job Details- Delivering state and local compliance services and consulting solutions, focusing on multi-state income tax, franchise tax, sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, and property tax matters.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Determining tax objectives, engagement scope, and methodology while participating in decision-making with client leadership.
- Leveraging available technology and resources to maximize technical efficiency on projects.
- Developing and executing a practice development plan, including networking, new client development, and client expansion activities.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in public accounting taxation.
- CPA or Bar License is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to develop and mentor less experienced staff.
- Some local, national, and occasional international travel may be required.
