Position Overview: As a Salesperson in an Omni Metalcraft division, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for making daily sales calls, conducting customer research, and developing long-term sales plans. Additionally, you will quote existing opportunities and build customer relationships for new opportunities. Occasional presentations to customers on product offerings and Omni's capabilities will be required.
Key Responsibilities: - Make daily sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Conduct customer research to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement long-term sales plans.
- Quote existing opportunities and build relationships for new opportunities.
- Present product offerings and Omni's capabilities to customers.
Skills Needed: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Previous sales and marketing experience.
- Knowledge and experience with 2D software and reading mechanical drawings is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge Required: - Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment.
- Awareness of market trends and customer needs.
Ability to Implement: - Ability to make effective sales calls and presentations.
- Capability to conduct thorough customer research.
- Skill in developing and executing long-term sales plans.
- Competence in quoting opportunities and building customer relationships.
