Overview

The Salesforce Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities, guiding junior developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Salesforce, a deep understanding of its architecture, and a commitment to best practices and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, utilizing expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the team.
  • Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable and effective solutions.
  • rchitect and implement solutions using Salesforce declarative tools, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce data integration patterns to ensure seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and external platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the quality and maintainability of delivered solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, technologies, and industry trends, recommending new features and improvements as appropriate.
  • Support agile methodologies by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, providing guidance on technical architecture and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployment, adhering to industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer with a proven record of delivering complex projects.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire development teams.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, including familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive approach to adopting emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices.
