Salesforce Technical Lead - Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will provide both hands-on development and technical leadership to junior developers while ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce, including its architecture, best practices, and development methodologies, alongside exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
• Offer technical leadership to the Salesforce development team, mentoring junior developers and promoting collaboration and innovation.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect tailored solutions.
• Design and architect solutions that leverage the full Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
• Implement data integration strategies to synchronize Salesforce with external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and perform quality assurance checks.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies, new releases, and industry trends, providing recommendations for adopting new features.
• Support agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on technical architecture, solution design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions that align with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively, conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support testing and deployment, and ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using industry best practices for Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team toward success.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Azure DevOps.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying current with emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices.
