About the Role

We're hiring a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, development, and team leadership for a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring developers while building on modern Salesforce stacks, this is your opportunity.

You'll work hands-on with Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds , build advanced components using LWC , and architect scalable integrations using Mulesoft, Boomi, Apigee , and Twilio/Genesys/Five9 .

What You'll Do
Lead solution design for multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, FSC)
Develop custom components using Apex , LWC , and Visualforce
Architect and implement integrations using middleware like Mulesoft , Boomi , or Apigee
Integrate Salesforce with communications platforms like Twilio , Genesys , or Five9
Conduct code reviews , guide best practices, and mentor junior team members
Customize Salesforce: objects, fields, record types, workflows, page layouts
Support testing, CI/CD (Copado or similar), and deployments
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to enterprise standards

What You Bring
8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
Deep knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud ; Financial Services Cloud experience preferred
Strong recent experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Proven experience with middleware integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, Apigee)
Experience integrating communication APIs (e.g., Twilio, Genesys, Five9)
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs
Track record of leading teams, mentoring developers , and owning delivery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
