Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect (Service Cloud and Financial Service Cloud)
Location: Sacramento, CA- Monthly Thrice onsite required
Duration: Longterm
Rate: $Market All Inclusive

Job Description:
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the Salesforce platform (including but not limited to Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud Voice) to ensure that the solution adheres to the leading practices of usability, performance, maintenance, scalability and reusability; educate business and technical team members on Salesforce best practices, and challenge the team on when and why to configure vs. customize.
  • Establish and advise on the Salesforce best practices for agile delivery, governance, and DevOps for the business unit -roles & responsibilities, feature & story refinement, development, test process, environment management, code review, etc.-Monitor team operations and recommend changes to the methods and tools.
  • Establish process/s to support the work with the DE team to enable feature development across the platform and enterprise.
  • Work with stakeholders on the value-driven business vision and help create an implementation roadmap based on realistic expectations. Advise on prioritization, platform enablement, and capacity management. Work with the team on risks and mitigation plans.
  • Insurance domain knowledge
  • Provides thought leadership for matching technology with business concepts.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to tailor message to different audiences and influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to direct team in achievement of team objectives.
  • Pushes back in a professional manner when things do not make sense or there is a better way to accomplish the objectives (by bringing in best practices from the industry)
Preferred Skills
  • Agile experience
  • Center of Excellence experience preferred.
  • Salesforce CPQ certified.
